I Have Anxiety

Angela is diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder by her doctor. She learns about herself, her disorder and she learns the important tools to help her with her Anxiety symptoms.

This book was created in hopes it can help people understand their Anxiety Disorder or for parengs to understand their child's Anxiety Disorder better. It's a reminder to all children, they're not alone, their feelings and symptoms are real, and when they learn to manage their symptoms through the help of the people around them (and they will) they can do anything!
