Her Bloody Creature

We beasts have always had a place for you...

There's comfort in what you know. Stable work, steady pay, food and shelter to go back to... routine, structure: quiet. It all seems perfect, until comfort invites boredom. And as five young lives learn, boredom breeds stagnation and stagnation breeds madness. It's all a small price to pay for quiet, isn't it?

But quiet is no real substitute for peace. Something has to give, and change comes in many forms. Whether it's a careless plan, a friend's secret, or just being in the wrong place at the wrong time, quiet never survives long. If someone wanted their quiet boredom, they should be wary of strangers bearing gifts. Because when change comes knocking, there's nowhere to run.

And one day, you'll wake up and find that you're no longer human.
