The Grenada revolutions that shocked the Caribbean and made headlines around the world have never been told from the perspective of someone other than revolutionary sympathizers. T.R.A.P.(Two Revolutions and a Policeman offers a rare nonpartisan and candid look at the political upheavals in Grenada, particularly, the ideological warfare, political purges, and behind-the-scenes struggles of the revolutions that shaped the fate of the nation and infinitely influenced Caribbean politics. Although much is said about the politics of Grenada and in particular, the intense conflicts in the 1970s and 80s, this book is not an account of the rivalry between Gairy and Bishop's New Jewel Movement (NJM), the two main protagonists nor of the making and death of two revolutions. Instead, it speaks of my life and experiences within these events.
