Buried Saint

What the Fens take, they keep. Now something in the depths is starting to stir...

Claudine has spent years keeping her troubled brother at arm's length. So when Jethro turns up unexpectedly to warn her about a secret he's uncovered, she dismisses it as the ramblings of an unwell mind.

She never gets a chance to listen to her brother again. A stranger with a knife kills Jethro in front of her - and the police report shocks her to the core: her brother was not who she thought he was.

When Claudine retreats to her brother's crumbling Fenland cottage to look for answers, she begins to follow the trail he left behind. A trail that leads into the dark, waterlogged heart of the Fenland landscape - and towards something older and more dangerous than the police could ever fathom.

What if Jethro's strange obsessions were rooted in truth? And if they were... what exactly has begun to stir beneath the Fenland soil?

The Buried Saint is an atmospheric thriller of grief, guilt and ancient darkness, set against the bleak landscape of the English Fens. Perfect for readers of Stuart Macbride, Simon McCleave and Sharon Bolton.
