Kenney Penney: The "Church Shoes"

Each book within the Kenney Penney children's series is considered an inspirational episode in the story genre. Dr. Roach intentionally uses the gift of sports to encourage youth to endure adversity and to triumph with an unconquerable attitude. Each entertaining book in the five-part series is based upon an actual life story. The humorous and relatable way in which he shares his life experiences is a powerful tool for storytelling. Children will be able to easily follow the events of the story and establish a connection.
