Janis Hedgman is one of seven children born to John and Mary Field who were evacuated from London during World War II to Shipton Bellinger. She has four children, Colin, Laura, Aimee and Marie and two grandchildren, Lilly and Thomas. She now lives in Aldershot with her husband Ray.
