Our Favourite International Recipes

This delightful little book of international recipes was compiled by students studying English at the Higher Applied Paths Institute for Training in the town of Al Majmaah in Saudi Arabia.

Students chose their favourite recipes to share within these pages and hope that you will enjoy making and eating them too.

The recipes are presented in alphabetical order for savoury dishes, beverages and desserts. A flag illustrates the country where the item originated or is popular. Each student's name accompanies the recipe that they have written. Photos are provided to whet your appetite!
