Making his way as a drummer in a tough industry wasn't easy. Known to all in the business as "Nobby", the hard work, dedication and discipline involved to earn the respect of his peers and contemporaries had to be overcome; it was, but at a cost. A different level of engagement was needed to be successful and his "feel" for the music became widely recognised and appreciated.

Over time the drums have fallen silent but the beat goes on, not only within, but in his essence. Music will always be with Paul; he can still be seen tapping the table to the beat like he did all those years ago.
