7 Steps to Forgiveness (using neuroplasticity)

In an uncertain world, close people are precious: family, friends, colleagues and more. For-giveness is needed but reaching it means negotiating a minefield of hurt. The benefits to you are backed by scientific research. Without it, you're loaded down.

Are past hurts overwhelming you?

Is life a tangled web of regret and pain?

Want to let go of it to lighten the load?

'7 Steps to Forgiveness' is here to help you. Based on science and decades of clinical experi-ence, this book outlines the process. It offers a Forgiveness Self-Therapy Course with links to audio-guided reflections to help you reach for emotional freedom. But I thought forgiveness was just a religious thing? No. It's now science.

What is forgiveness? How does it work? What's in it for me? Can I forgive myself? What about someone who's died? What about abusers? We explore these and other questions.

Having specialized in PTSD and personal trauma therapy, I've encountered people who have decided to forgive in extreme cases. It's not for everyone but they're healthier and happier for it. This book is based on my research, the science of neuroplasticity, and on my clinical work with these brave people. "Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself."
