This is a short devotional for the month on the importance of reading and studying Scripture. It is full of quotes from some of the leading men and women of God from past centuries. They emphasise how much Scripture and its daily intake has meant to their lives and ministry. As the authors state, their own lives were changed in preparing this book for publication. It is a small book of thirty-one two page readings with a powerful punch. You will be glad of the small outlay when you reflect on how much influence it exerts. That is why it has been in production for over fifty years and most likely will still be available fifty years hence--a true jewel of lasting value.
