Dr. Rosemond's informative book for coaches deals with the often overlooked causes and effects of stress on coaches of all sports and levels from middle school to professionals and candidly relates from years of first-hand experience proper ways to deal with the difficulties faced by the coach in today's ever-changing, perplexing world. She also deals with avoiding burnout, something which also affected her personally. In my opinion reading and following the advice in this book can make all of the difference for a coach in coping and failure.
