Spirit on Fire: A Story of Love, Art & Healing

Cosmic artist, Olympic dancer, hot air balloonist, race car mechanic, holistic healer, baseball player, actress, educator, writer, counselor, mother of four children-Shona Leask Bellew's creative spirit flowered in every aspect of her being. Born in India, a child of British landed gentry, Shona's early life was far from picture perfect; in fact, surviving childhood was just one of the many challenges she would face throughout her extraordinary life. In 1997, author Jay Harden met his future wife purely by chance. He never imagined that this would be the beginning of a deep spiritual connection and a life-long passionate romance. Much more than a biography, Spirit on Fire: The Adventures of Shona, is at its heart a tender, bittersweet testament to lasting love and a tribute to an unforgettable woman's inspiring humanity.
