Sophia and Camila have been best friends since first grade. They do everything together, like the same things, and always have fun. But lately, Camila is spending more time with Christabel. And Sophia is feeling left out.

With help from mom and honest conversations, Sophia learns that it's okay for friends to have other good friends, and not everyone needs to like to do the same things all the time. If you are kind and respectful toward one another, friendships can (and do) grow and change.

This activity guide includes 20 activities and discussion questions to use with students in grades 4 through 8 who are experiencing changing friendships and new interests. Digital content of forms and worksheets are available to download.
