Take heart because there are more possibilities than are offered by most people on either side of the discussion. Bystanders often observe the views from both sides of the debate and will then consider those perspectives and try to balance them using logic, but we often fail to achieve that logical balance.

Balance is achieved by many people, but it is typically compromised in order to arrive at an agreeable viewpoint. Ignoring facts in this way is no way to discover truth.
