Awakened: From Breaking to Becoming

She did everything right.

Built the career. Showed up for her family. Kept going, even when life became overwhelming.

From the outside, it looked like success.

But inside, she was slowly losing herself.

Awakened: From Breaking to Becoming is the deeply personal story of a woman who reached the edge of everything she thought defined her-her identity, her strength, and her sense of control-and discovered that breaking was not the end of her story, but the beginning of her becoming.

Through raw honesty and reflection, Colleen shares her journey through trauma, motherhood, and the quiet moments that forced her to confront the life she had built and the truth she could no longer ignore. What followed was not a sudden transformation, but a gradual awakening-a return to her voice, her purpose, and the courage to trust herself again.

This memoir is for every woman who has ever felt lost in the life she worked so hard to create.

For the mother questioning who she is now.

For the professional who feels successful on paper but unfulfilled in her soul.

And for anyone standing at the crossroads between who they've been and who they're becoming.

Awakened is a reminder that sometimes the moments that break us open are the very ones that lead us home to ourselves.
