Matteo DeVecchio is the underboss of the most powerful family in the Mid-Atlantic, answering only to his father, Francesco, who is Capofamiglia. He doesn't believe in the "L" word.

Sherry Drakos is a low-paid public defender who does the DeVecchio bidding on the side. She likes her independence. "I don't want or need a man to tell me what to do."

Once they meet.... maybe attitudes begin to change.
