It's a Wonderful Dog - Thanks & Giving

The ending is never the end.

Autumn sweeps into Merivelle, carrying both celebration and change. Bear Bailey is in his final season, with Mary lovingly by his side-determined to keep life steady for the wonderful dog who's given her so much.

When the Posadas return home after a long absence, unexpected trouble from their past soon follows. Ever watchful, Bear is determined that his remaining task is to help Mary's first friends in Merivelle finally find peace as a family.

Knowing his crossing is imminent, old friends from the Rainbow Bridge appear in Bear's dreams, gently helping him with the tender wisdom of those who have gone before. With their guiding presence, he summons all of his courage to let go of his time with Mary and depart for the next stage of his journey.

The last book in the It's a Wonderful Dog series, Thanks & Giving is a story of homecoming, courage, and the kind of love that lasts forever. Because when our hearts are filled with gratitude and the memory of a wonderful dog, the ending is never really the end.
