Trouble with Families and Goblins: A Cary Redmond Novel

Trouble meets the family...

Back from Scotland and ready to settle into this new version of her job as a magical Protector, Cary Redmond faces only one big problem. Thanksgiving. More specifically, Thanksgiving with her family of mundane humans and her mate Deacon Jones's family of leopard shifters.

Cary's parents have no idea that shapeshifters exist in the world. Deacon's mother happens to be the queen of the local leopard shifters. Not just the parents plan to gather for dinner, but every single member of each family intends to be there. And every single one of these people in one small house for one big meal means... Trouble.

Fine. Good. Manageable. No problem.

Except for the goblins.

And the mysterious dog.

And, of course, her former faery mentor Jaxer.

And her sister's pregnancy.

But everything is fine. Cary controls her Protector magic now. Thanksgiving involves lots of food and drink. All good. No problem. What could go wrong?

Oh boy...

In this return Kat Simons' acclaimed Cary Redmond urban fantasy romance series, Trouble picks a family holiday to add a little light chaos to Cary's already chaotic life. End of the world? Or just a talking to from her mother? Could go either way. Don't miss this latest magical Cary Redmond adventure!
