Jessica Richards built her online brand on snarky livestreams and deep dives into her favorite fantasy series, Valley of the Red Tyrant. So when veteran soap actor Daniel Finnegan is cast as the lead in the streaming adaptation, Jessica does what she does best: she goes on a viral rant and labels him "meh" igniting a full-blown internet meltdown.

Determined to prove himself, Daniel shows up to a fantasy convention in full cosplay as the character he's playing. What he doesn't expect is for Jessica to literally fall into his arms or for the two of them to share a one-night stand without realizing who the other actually is.
