Cody and her little brother Billy are on the run, hunted by their powerful father-President Wilhelm "Hick" Richter. A coke-sniffing, hamburger gorging septuagenarian with erectile dysfunction and a young, contemptuous, cat-collecting wife, Richter faces financial ruin and prison. His kids are about to finger him for murdering his first wife, while drug-addled, dim-witted thieves have beheaded his lawyer and stolen his $100 billion fortune. What to do? Send a hipster hitman from Brooklyn to retrieve the stolen cash and whack the thieves. The result is droll chase and combat through the Okefenokee, Florida, and France, leading to an explosive night at Ponte Vedra on the Fourth of July.
