Jack, Morgan, and Little Lainey receive mysterious boxes in the mail marked "Do Not Open," but they have to wait for Grandma and Grandpa's video call to find out where the Traveling House has gone. Soon, they discover Montana's clear mountain streams, towering mountains, trout fishing, Glacier National Park, grizzly bears, bighorn sheep, the western meadowlark, wagon trains, gold, and the Wild, Wild West.
