After FREAK ZEENIE and REMY RED murdered the Paisa drug lord ZACATECAS in Mexico, Freak Zeenie makes it back to Dothan, Alabama and finds out that Zacatecas had a thousand look-alikes. Now Freak Zeenie is wanted for murder in Mexico.

Just as he's about to run for his life, his son De'Shawn gets kidnapped, and Freak Zeenie kills a police officer. With little to no money, Freak Zeenie and the crew go on the run and end up in Fort Worth, Texas. In need of money, Freak Zeenie searches for a new plug.
