Piper at the Gates of Hell

Unfortunately, with the Vietnam War getting ever closer to his home in Tucson, Arizona, Hooch commits a felony and takes to the open road, avoiding the Draft. Penniless in New York City, Hooch lives a hippie lifestyle and survives in a commune in the East Village. He succeeds as a small time drug dealer until he finds himself trapped by a combination of mobsters, federal agents, and the Draft.
