Scientific qigong: blood and energy

In the traditional qigong conception "Qi" energy is very often connected with blood. Sometimes we can face statements that completely identify Qi energy and blood. Eastern qigong gives available practical exercises that allow to manage our circulatory system rather easily and effectively. Western physiology gives a good explication how blood influences the energetic potential of our body. This book combines Western and Eastern knowledge in a single system.
