SOME WOMEN DO NOT FALL APART LOUDLY

They continue showing up, performing, leading, smiling and surviving. All while carrying battles nobody else can see.

Quiet Battles is a deeply honest reflection on emotional pain, grief, faith, loss, identity, healing, and the silent realities women carry while trying to hold everything together. It gives language to experiences many women have never been able to explain.

" This book is for the woman who survived what nobody saw."

About the Author

Phoebe Strachan is a South African author, speaker, and cancer survivor from Eldorado Park, Johannesburg.

She spent over two decades navigating corporate life at some of South Africa's most respected financial institutions, while privately carrying battles almost no one around her could see.

Her journey includes depression, grief, psychiatric admissions, pregnancy loss, and a cancer diagnosis at 46 that changed everything. Through it all, she learned what it means to keep going when strength feels completely out of reach.

Through her writing and speaking, Phoebe creates space for women to feel seen, understood, and less alone in the battles they have been carrying in silence.
