The book: In 1961, when he was a young professor, Pope Benedict XVI wrote: The ministry is the measure of the office. By this he emphasized that the ministry (ministerium) is a quality of the office (munus); thus, for him, ministerium and munus were not one and the same thing. In his Declaratio of February 11, 2013, Benedict did not renounce the munus, as required by canon law (can. 332 §2), but the ministerium; therefore, his resignation was invalid, and he remained the Pope.
In this book, to which the priests of the "Sodalizio Sacerdotale Mariano" also contributed, Fr. Johannes Lehrner shows that Jorge M. Bergoglio was not the legitimate Pope of the Catholic Church and, as a result, Robert F. Prevost is not the legitimate Pope either. Pope Benedict's act brought the Church back to its origins, which survives in a small remnant.
The author: Johannes Lehrner was ordained a priest in 1983 in Eisenstadt, Austria. He had a significant role in welcoming the Cenacolo Community to Kleinfrauenhaid and in founding the private Catholic school "Josefinum" in Eberau. Since August 2022, he is a member of the "Sodalizio Sacerdotale Mariano", the Sodality of priests led by Don Alessandro M. Minutella, which serves the Small Catholic Remnant.
