Pros and Cons in PTA and Auxiliary Methods (Softcover Reprint of the Original 1st 1989)

PTA has proven to be an essential tool in the diagnosis of peripheral occlusive vascular disease. It substantially contributes to economize therapy. This volume presents the results of several working groups, gives technical information about new devices such as Laser-PTA and Rotator-PTA, atherectomy, thrombolysis and stent application, and shows the risks. These results are presented with critical appreciation of the advantages and disadvantages and with early and late results.
