The abstract, haptic embroideries of a Polish artist inspired by folk techniques and Dadaism
Berlin-based artist Natasza Niedzió?ka (born 1978) makes meditative and formally vigorous compositions that straddle the line between painting and textile art. Known for her use of embroidery, bright colors and repetitive patterns, Niedzió?ka draws inspiration from artists such as Jean Arp, Agnes Martin and Hannah Höch.
