Glajcar's ephemeral, tiered-paper "terforations" are immortalized in her first catalogue raisonné
German sculptor Angela Glajcar (born 1970) works with fragile materials--torn strips of paper, delicate fabrics and plastics--which she layers and curves to create forms that seem to glow from within. The first catalogue raisonné of her work includes more than 1,600 objects, reliefs and spatial installations.
