Yuto Yamada was born in Tokyo. He majored in graphic design at the Japan Designer Institute. After working in advertising he moved to New York for study. After returning to Japan he began working as a freelance graphic designer. He moved to Berlin, Germany, in 2013 and now works there as a photographer. He has exhibited in Tokyo and Berlin (Shibuya Hikarie, SPIRAL, Urban Spree Gallery, and more).
