This book is a compilation of articles that discuss recurring legal problems, especially in the post-constitutional context of the 21st century. It deals objectively and clearly with the application of law in the tax, administrative and labour spheres, with the aim of providing a theoretical and practical approach to enable the construction of a legal system that goes beyond mere formal laws, but which represents the possibility of understanding the legal system from a constitutionalist perspective.
