Reengineering businesses management in war-razed countries

In the aftermath of armed conflict, countries face the complex task of economic reconstruction amid devastated infrastructure, disrupted institutions, and fragile societal trust. This study explores how reengineering business management practices in such environments, with a focus on entrepreneurial adaptability, can foster not only recovery but also long-term sustainability. Drawing on the case studies from post war contexts such as Rwanda, Syria, Palestine and Ukraine, the paper examines innovative business models, policy frameworks and grassroots entrepreneurship that contribute to resilience and sustainable development. The research proposes a framework integrating adaptive business strategies, inclusive governance and sustainable development principles to guide rebuilding efforts in post-conflict economies.
