Feeding the future

Nourrir l'avenir is a wake-up call to the plight of orphans and vulnerable children in the Congo. Behind the alarming figures for acute (17.2%) and chronic (28.1%) undernutrition lie shattered lives, interrupted childhoods and threatened futures. Through data, testimonies and poignant accounts, the book calls for urgent mobilization of public authorities, partners and communities. For every child, no matter how abandoned or vulnerable, has the right to grow up with dignity and hope for a better future.
