Systemic solution-focused parenting

The thematic framework of this thesis is formed by a paradigm shift in social work from an individual-centred to a systemic solution-oriented approach. The core of my investigation is the consideration of parental work, or rather the initiation of fruitful cooperation with the client's reference system in the context of residential youth welfare facilities. What opportunities does the systemic solution-oriented approach offer for parental work in residential youth welfare facilities? What practical principles of action can be developed for working with the reference system of young people in residential facilities?
