Quality in Education is a work that profoundly and critically analyzes the elements that affect educational improvement in Ecuador, offering an integral and contextualized vision of the educational system. Throughout its chapters, it examines the role of performance standards for teachers and administrators, as well as the incorporation of innovative didactic techniques that transform teaching and learning processes from Early Childhood Education to High School.The book gives special relevance to educational inclusion, neurodiversity, and the application of Universal Design for Learning to address diverse learning needs, in addition to analyzing gamification as a strategy that strengthens motivation and autonomy.
