Formation of a territorial security system

This monograph is devoted to the study of problems associated with the formation of a territorial security system in a single city as part of the unified national security system of the Russian Federation, including in accordance with the international treaties and agreements it has concluded. The monograph reveals the regulatory, legal and organisational foundations of the functioning of the national security system in modern Russia, analyses the practice of building regional (territorial) security systems in regions and municipalities, identifies institutional problems in this area, and substantiates specific proposals for the formation and improvement of the effectiveness of the territorial security system in a specific city.
