use of semantic networks in trilingual language development

'Digital literacy' and the linking and networking of knowledge are becoming increasingly important in today's information society. Continuous professional development and adaptation to the ever-changing labour market are essential not only for an organisation to succeed, but also to remain successful. Particularly for service-oriented organisations, it is necessary to respond to new trends and to train and upskill staff in line with these new requirements. In educational settings in particular, teachers are increasingly being replaced by evolving technical applications. There is a consensus that teachers will not be completely replaced, but that the 'computer' as a tandem partner will become increasingly important in educational management in the coming years. It is therefore essential, particularly in the development of educational measures, to embrace new technologies and integrate them strategically into educational management. One possible approach to utilising new technologies to support internal knowledge work is the implementation of semantic networks.
