Eco-Friendly Management of Fusarium Wilt in Linseed

This study investigated Fusarium wilt of linseed (Linum usitatissimum L.) caused by *Fusarium oxysporum* f. sp. *lini* and evaluated eco-friendly management strategies. The experiment was conducted in the pot house of the Department of *Plant Pathology*, *Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology*, *Kanpur*, using a *Randomized Block Design* with three replications and thirteen treatments. The study included isolation, purification, identification and pathogenicity testing of the pathogen, evaluation of integrated disease management practices, assessment of the soil-colonizing ability of *Trichoderma viride*, and examination of the influence of different pH and temperature levels on pathogen growth and sporulation. Biological agents, plant extracts and chemical treatments were applied through seed and soil treatments. Among all treatments, seed treatment combined with soil application of *Trichoderma harzianum* recorded the lowest wilt incidence and the highest level of disease control compared with other treatments and the untreated control, highlighting the effectiveness of *Trichoderma*-based eco-friendly management of Fusarium wilt in linseed.
