The book is designed to explain the basic concepts of operations of maritime transport and shipping in terms of concepts that must be followed to avoid losses, concepts and international norms and laws, binding and associated transport operations where the consequent lack of commitment to them to achieve more losses or lead to achieve more profits for the same process.
