Implementation of Institutional Records Systems

The present work is developed at the Centro Politécnico del Petróleo, and its objective is to design a teaching program that contributes to the implementation of Institutional Archive Systems in organizations. The proposal will provide a working tool to standardize document and file management in organizations, in accordance with the regulations established in the legal provisions in force and the best practices in the activity. It also provides techniques and procedures for the proper handling of documentation, ensuring its availability and accessibility, conservation and optimizing the performance of the resources assigned to this activity in the entities. The proposed course has as outputs in real time, an evaluation of the Institutional System of the companies involved in the project, as well as the elaboration of the Tables of Documentary Retention Deadlines and Documentary Classification Charts.
