Late adoption policy

Throughout this research, by getting to know everything involved in the adoption process, such as the various reasons for abandonment, the feelings, frustrated emotions that involve institutionalized children or adolescents, as well as the motivation, feelings and expectations that involve individual adopters or families, we can't help but conclude that society's involvement is not only fair, but also necessary and commendable, but it's not enough, because its limitations come up against the limits of personal will, material condition and the spirit that motivates adopters. What is needed is strong action from the State, at all levels, federal, state and municipal, through public policies that are similar to or more comprehensive than the Rio de Janeiro State Government's program, so that this problematic issue that involves the whole of society can be understood and minimized.
