Church management

We are witnessing the growth of mega-structures, with imposing leaders for weak management, if we consider the five key functions of a manager described above by Henri Fayol in his time, and how churches live day-to-day in many aspects, from administrative management to the functioning of departments and the management of the spiritual growth of members and their involvement in the divine plan for the lost.It turns out that the more the church grows, the more it loses its bearings, due to a lack of adequate responses to the problems posed by this growth, which leads to a slowing down of growth to the point of causing separations or even divisions, abandonment of the faith for some faithful or changing churches for others.Since the local church is an organization with a particular way of operating, its management requires a certain delicacy if it is to achieve results that correspond to the mission laid down for it by its Master, the Lord Jesus Christ.
