Current Issues in the Legal Regulation of Higher Education

This monograph is devoted to current issues in the legal regulation of higher education in the Republic of Belarus. The author analyses the current legislation in the field of higher professional education, draws academic conclusions on improving the mechanism of educational relations, and puts forward specific proposals for amending the legislation.
