Organizational Climate and Teacher Performance in Rural EBR - Peru

This book aims to guide the reader in identifying concrete solutions for managing the organizational climate within the rural education sector, since when administrators and teachers foster an appropriate organizational climate-taking into account the importance of the institutional environment, leadership and supervisory styles, organizational structure, personal variables, teamwork, motivation, processes, and objectives-it promotes gradual improvement both in the performance of school administrators toward their educational community and in teachers' performance in their roles as leaders and facilitators of their students' skill development.
