The meaning of human existence arises when spiritual values emerge, when a person begins to shape their own personality. Transpersonal values imply that they were created by God. These include conscience and justice, truth and righteousness, love and freedom. Human values take shape in ethical teachings. Ethics is based on the concept of the person, not on that of a biological individual. As soon as a person articulates their own meanings, they are always confronted with the pressure of other meanings, which may be completely incompatible with that person's worldview. The war of meanings arises from differing conceptions of truth. The spirit is a connection to the invisible world, common to different civilizations. To clarify the basic meanings and recognize our future history, we must begin today, within ethical teachings, to combine the dogmas of the Biblical-Mediterranean civilization of white people with those of the Central Asian civilization of yellow people.
