Air Pollution in International Environmental Law

The book first addresses the difficulties inherent in the practical application of environmental standards in the fight against air pollution, particularly due to the refusal of certain states to acknowledge the dominance of the fight against climate change-which is, in reality, merely a consequence of air pollution- and the limited enforcement and sanctioning powers that international environmental law bodies have over states.The second part then explores potential solutions to address these shortcomings.
