Impact of Louvain Coopération on Support for Microprojects

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the support approach developed by Louvain Coopération in the implementation of development microprojects funded by the European Union. The analysis focuses on the methodological foundations, field intervention practices, expected outcomes, and prospects for improving this approach within a development cooperation context.Louvain Coopération is a Belgian NGO active in several countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. It carries out initiatives in the fields of health, sustainable agriculture, and environmental protection as a whole. Microprojects funded by the European Union represent a flexible, small-scale form of cooperation that enables the launch of targeted, locally driven initiatives. However, these projects require rigorous support-both methodological and institutional-to ensure their sustainability and alignment with donor priorities.
