Chronicles of Humanity and Cyclohistory

Historical science is eager to find formulas that will allow it to predict the future of peoples, states, and civilizations. These formulas are shaped by how historical events are viewed: either through the lens of infinite linear progress or through the lens of historical cycles, with transitions from one cycle to another occurring at bifurcation points. Historical cyclicality asserts the repetitiveness of periods of emergence, flourishing, and decline in human societies. Historical cyclicality is applied to political systems, states, and civilizations. It is contrasted with historical progress. Historical cycles are not only subject to certain global cosmic cycles linked to planetary, solar, and galactic cycles. Historical cycles can be planned and implemented through global projects for the development of human civilizations. Human thought is capable of independently altering the cycles of history, drawing on the knowledge of Earth's civilizations and the Will of Heaven, which resonates with the hearts of those who shape the future.
