Roses: All the Flavors of Blue

Roses, a coastal town close to France, has become one of the most common destinations in Catalonia.

Its landscape forms part of the Parc dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and the Natural Park of Cap de Creus. Throughout the 20th century, the small fishermen's village has been transformed into a tourist centre of great interest, where the gastronomic creations of the chef Ferran Adrià have materialised.
