Wonderfeel: No Matter The Circumstances

Why do we feel like we do? What is the difference between a person who seems to have everything, cars, houses, and friends, but still feel miserable and a person, who has been abused, experienced loss of family but still manage to live a wonderful life?

Wonderfeel is a book that challenges the idea that our feelings are beyond our control. It's easy to believe that our feelings are the result of what happens to us, how people treat us and what people say about us, but is that really the case?

Regardless of who you are and where you live, the quality of your life reflects the feelings you experience on a daily basis. Wonderfeel is a book that can help us understand where our feelings come from, why we feel like we do and how we can use our feelings instead of being used by them.
